NotePeel

Sticky notes you actually peel.

Problem
Capturing an idea and organizing it are two different mental modes. Most note apps force you into both at once — so capture gets skipped entirely.
Idea
Let capture happen instantly, alone: peel a sticky, write, done. Let organization happen later and separately — a library that stacks notes, and a board view for arranging the whole picture once there's actually something worth arranging.
Role
Sole designer and builder.
Process
Shipped capture first, by itself, in March. The library and board view followed two months later, once real usage showed what people actually needed to arrange.
Outcome
Live at notepeel.com, actively used for real project planning — customer journey maps, retros, launch plans — well beyond the original "quick sticky note" use case.
Lessons
Ship the smallest real version of the core loop before building the organizational layer around it. You don't know what needs organizing until people have made a mess.
