For over a decade, I’ve built a career in product innovation, business development, and creative marketing, launching multiple successful products and helping brands scale. But along the way, I faced a challenge many professionals struggle with—balancing business, family, and fitness.

When I first started training, I was running a full-time company, working long hours, and barely had time to focus on my own health. Through years of trial, learning from elite coaches, and developing my own optimized training and nutrition strategies, I transformed my physique and performance—gaining muscle, strength, and discipline while maintaining a demanding lifestyle. Now, it's my goal to help others do the same.
